# GTA 6 DualSense Controllers Reveal: PS5 Preorder Sep 10

Sony unveiled limited-edition GTA 6 DualSense controllers at State of Play, with Black and White variants priced at $84.99 and pre-orders opening on September

Sony used the September 3 2026 State of Play broadcast to showcase two GTA 6-themed DualSense controllers – a Black Limited Edition and a White Limited Edition – each featuring Vice-City graphics, colour-shifting finishes and palm-tree-patterned grips. Both editions will retail for US $84.99 and are slated to ship on November 19 2026, the same day GTA VI launches on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Pre-orders begin on September 10 2026, with PlayStation Direct opening at 7 a.m. PT (10 a.m. ET) for U.S. customers. The White edition will be sold through PlayStation Direct and select retailers worldwide, while the Black edition is exclusive to PlayStation Direct in regions where the store operates, though some retailers may receive limited stock.

Functionally, the special controllers are identical to the standard DualSense – they retain haptic feedback, adaptive triggers, built-in speaker and microphone – and do not add any extra hardware or DualSense Edge features. GTA VI will work with any PS5 controller, using the standard DualSense capabilities.
